Sandra Woodruff

Sandra Woodruff is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of A Girl & A Gun. She provides the organization strategic and project management solutions on key initiatives. For nearly 35 years, Sandra served the State of Texas as Deputy Director of Fiscal Management at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. She led the State’s efforts to modernize the back office and played a key role in deploying an Enterprise Resource Management System across the state. She has extensive experience optimizing large-scale operational systems, leading technological transformations, setting fiscal policy, and leveraging team members’ talents for success. Sandra is a Firearms Instructor holding multiple certifications from national and state agencies and serves as the Chapter Facilitator of the A Girl & A Gun North Austin TX Chapter, a role she has enjoyed for many years.
