Jason Laird

Jason Laird is a communications strategist and co-owner of Clear Source Communications (clearsourcecommunications.com) in Great Falls, Montana. With well over a decade of direct experience in broadcast television and radio, he works with leaders and organizations to clarify their message, build trust through earned media, and protect their reputation in an increasingly complex media landscape. Jason also owns Treasure State Armory, giving him firsthand insight into communications within regulated and highly visible industries. Just this year, he served as a presenter at SHOT Show in Las Vegas, training industry professionals on effective media engagement and message clarity. An award-winning creative, Jason received the 2024 Radio Commercial of the Year from the Montana Broadcasters Association and has experience in voice work, on-camera media, and film. He works with organizations across multiple sectors to help ensure their message is clear, trusted, and heard when it matters most.
